• AI Training Data: Information you voluntarily provide (PDFs, URLs, Manual Text) to train your AI Assistant.

• Providing and maintaining the automated WhatsApp chat experience.

• Communicating with you regarding your account and Platform updates.

As the "Operator" in terms of POPIA, we ensure all sub-processors (like cloud hosting and AI providers) maintain equivalent security standards.

• AI Providers: To process and generate chat responses.
• Payment Gateways: To facilitate secure transactions.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
